Shawn Zhuang

Shawn Zhuang, the CEO of CardioStory, was the global marketing director and R&D leader of LifeTech (listed in Hong Kong).  He led cardiovascular devices R&D, marketing, and clinical studies and also acted as the Global Marketing Head. He developed a transcatheter atrial septal shunt device for heart failure patients,a fully biodegradable coronary stent, and an implantable device for congenital heart disease. He drove the company's revenue growth by 16%, achieving annual revenue of approximately 400 million RMB, along with a gross profit growth of 20%. These experiences brought him insight into the big market opportunities and also supported him in building a deep understanding of cardiac physiology and hemodynamics, which is the core expertise in developing  this project.
